Born Kareem Alhassan Azure, Jah$on is a Ghanaian dancehall and reggae singer & songwriter from Accra but based in Koforidua, Eastern Region of Ghana, emerging with a fresh sound from the influences of Bob Marley, Sean Paul, Bonty Killer and Fantah Mojah.

A native of Sukura, Accra he taught himself to sing and write at a young age, performing at high school and neighborhood shows. His music is heavily influenced from his life experiences with the people and environment he grew in.
